Do you provide technical training services?
Yes, we provide free technical training services for distributors, engineering partners and large customers. The training content includes product operation, installation and debugging, fault troubleshooting, etc., which can be carried out online (video training) or on-site according to your needs, helping you quickly master product use and technical skills.

How to apply for after-sales service?
Applying for after-sales service is simple: 1. Contact our after-sales customer service through the official website, email or phone; 2. Provide the order number, product model and problem description (photos/videos are preferred); 3. Our after-sales team will reply within 24 hours, confirm the problem and provide a solution; 4. Follow the guidance to send the product back (if necessary) for repair or replacement.

What if the product fails after the warranty period?
Even after the warranty period, we still provide maintenance services. You only need to bear the cost of damaged parts and corresponding logistics costs, and our technical team will repair the product in the shortest time to ensure that it can be used normally again.

Do you provide on-site debugging service for large-scale audio projects?
Yes, for large-scale audio projects (such as large stage performances, government-enterprise conference halls, large-scale KTV), we can provide on-site debugging service. Our professional engineering team will go to the site to complete equipment installation, debugging and technical training to ensure the stable operation of the entire audio system.

What should I do if the product is damaged or has quality problems when I receive it?
Please take photos or videos of the damaged package and the problematic product within 3 working days after receiving the goods, and contact our after-sales customer service. After we confirm the situation, we will provide solutions such as replacement, repair or refund according to the severity of the problem, and bear the corresponding logistics costs.

What is the warranty period of DEPUSHENG's products?
All our products provide official quality assurance. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods. During the warranty period, if there is a non-human quality problem (such as product failure, performance abnormality), we provide free repair, replacement of damaged parts and free technical support.

How do you ship the goods? What about the shipping time?
We cooperate with well-known international logistics companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) and domestic logistics companies. For small orders (samples, small batches), the international shipping time is 3-7 days; for bulk orders, we can also arrange sea shipping to reduce logistics costs, and the shipping time is 20-40 days according to the destination country/region.

What payment methods do you support?
 We support a variety of payment methods to meet the needs of different customers: T/T (telegraphic transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C (letter of credit) for large orders. For sample orders, we also support online payment methods such as PayPal for your convenience.

Do you provide preferential policies for bulk orders?
 Yes, we have preferential policies for bulk orders. The more the order quantity, the higher the discount. What is the delivery time for orders?
The delivery time is divided into two situations: 1. For conventional spot products, the delivery time is 3-7 working days; 2. For customized products or bulk orders (more than 100 units), the delivery time is calculated according to the order quantity and customization requirements, generally 15-30 working days, and we will confirm the specific delivery time with you before placing the order.

Can I order samples for testing before bulk purchase?
Yes, we support sample orders and small-batch trial orders. You can order 1-5 samples to test the product quality, performance and compatibility. After confirming that it meets your needs, we will provide preferential prices for bulk cooperation and ensure that the quality of bulk products is consistent with the samples.
